Job Requirements

Bartender license
knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne and mixed cocktails
ability to mix drinks according to Sylvia's recipes
enthusiastically greet and welcome guests
great work ethic and commitment to uncompromising quality
ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of POS system
basic to intermediate English communication skills
maintain cleanliness, neatness and accessibility of bar and facility
work as a team member supporting other employees
perform other duties as assigned by Management
ability to stand, walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
