Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- must have previous bartending experience
- must be BASSET certified
- must be Food Handler Certified
- must be available to work nights, weekends, Club events, and most holidays
- must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- requires occasional bending, reaching, stretching
- must be able to stand for long periods of time
- can carry and balance a loaded tray
- must be able to stand and work outside for long periods of time
- must have upbeat, outgoing positive attitude
- must possess a true desire to satisfy the needs of Members and guests in a fast paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- must have previous bartending experience
- experience in private clubs is a plus
- excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- must be BASSET certified
- must be Food Handler Certified
Job Duties
- Must have wine, spirits, and mixology knowledge
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to the Club’s service standards
- ability to work affectively with a team
- demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional Member and guest service throughout the Club
- stock, organize, and maintain beverage inventory, glassware, and drink garnishes
- setup and breakdown of bar and restaurant
- put away requisition each day
- perform all side work as assigned
- keep the bar and restaurant clean, safe, and presentable at all times while providing friendly and attentive service
- answer questions regarding food and beverage menus
- take, ring through POS, and serve food orders, to-go orders, and specialty orders
- make food and beverage recommendations to Members and guests
- own every Member request
- any other duties assigned by the F&B management team, Clubhouse Manager, or GM
