Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Knowledge of standard drink recipes
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Basic bar knowledge
- Must know how to make standard drinks prior to employment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in bartending or related hospitality role preferred
Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages so that you can deliver high-quality drinks
- Bartenders will be responsible for taking tables, taking out orders, 3rd party orders, bussing tables, etc.
- Work the service bar in a friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure all drink orders have been rung in
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
- Provide excellent guest service by engaging the guest, describing food/beverage, taking orders, efficiently delivering food, and accepting payment
- Use up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance the dining experience
