Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails and drink recipes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
  • Accurate and efficient handling of payment transactions
  • Ensuring accurate drink preparation and presentation
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects in or behind a bar and in kitchen areas
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service practices
  • Supporting fellow team members in the front and back of the house

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience is required
  • Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently while treating all guests and coworkers with kindness and respect

Job Duties

  • Delivering exceptional service and creating a memorable experience for our members
  • Mixing cocktails, pouring beer and wine, and preparing other beverages according to standard recipes and customer requests
  • Serve drinks to customers at the bar or through waitstaff
  • Ensuring accurate and consistent measurements and presentation of drinks
  • Monitoring customer alcohol consumption and ensuring responsible service
  • Taking drink and food orders and serving food to guests
  • Maintaining a clean and organized bar and kitchen area
  • Stocking and replenishing supplies and supporting quick table turns through bussing and cleaning
  • Managing inventory and reporting shortages
  • Handling cash and processing payments
  • Checking customer identification to verify legal drinking age
  • Adhering to all local and state liquor laws and regulations
  • Following health and safety guidelines
  • Help teammates out whenever possible
