Previous bartending experience required
Ability to stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 50 pounds or less
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following detailed instructions

In-depth knowledge of craft spirits and cocktails desired

Job Duties

Construct drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in accordance with LRD recipes and standards
Greet guests, take beverage orders directly from guests and from other service staff
Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
Collect payment for drinks and food orders served and balance all receipts
Ensure that assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for serving guests prior to each shift and as needed
Serve snacks and food items to guests seated at bar as needed
Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and food menu (when applicable) in order to answer questions or educate guests on LRD process and mission
Maintain a clean working area by sweeping, cleaning, and sanitizing as needed
Comply with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards
