Job Requirements
- Must be sixteen years of age to serve food
- Must be eighteen years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Must be twenty-one years of age or older to sell alcoholic beverages
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods

- Basic math skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartending and/or server experience preferred
- Working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and drink recipes
- Basic math skills
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Understanding of food and beverage handling policies
- Excellent communication skills
- Alcohol certification (TIPS) a plus
Job Duties
- Provide attentive, gracious, and friendly service to guests
- Guide guests through food and beverage menus and recommend upgrades
- Operate point-of-sale system accurately
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, liquor, and common drinks
- Handle money and process transactions correctly
- Adhere to beverage and food handling policies and procedures
- Arrive on time and maintain professional appearance and demeanor
