Job Requirements
- High school diploma and or GED
- ability to perform work both inside and outside which requires stooping bending and lifting of approximately 50 pounds
- meet all specific state and federal regulations for assuming the position of food and beverage server at an assisted living facility
- excellent communication and language skills
- has a working knowledge of spirits wine beer and standard drink recipes
- ability to interact effectively with residents and community personnel

Job Duties
- Greet customers and present beverage menus making recommendations and answering all related inquiries
- promptly respond to customer and resident requests in a polite and professional fashion
- accurately record and process transactions in POS system
- assist the Dining Room Coordinator and Dining Services Director with the preparation and serving of meals
- assist residents as needed during mealtimes
- ensure that food is presented to residents in a manner that is professional and appealing
- consistently practice proper sanitization procedures and follow the cleaning schedule
