Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality standards are met
- Take customer orders, deliver food and drinks, and check on customer satisfaction
- Handle cash and credit transactions, process payments accurately, and provide receipts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the bar and dining areas
- Engage with guests, create a welcoming atmosphere, and provide excellent customer service
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring food and drink preparation areas remain clean
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as necessary
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to alcohol service and food safety
- Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
- Promote daily specials, events, and menu items to guests
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, and offer recommendations to guests
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations
