Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 6 months experience as a bartender
- valid food handler certification
- TIPS or equivalent certification
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent customer service skills
- basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions
- ability to stand for long periods
- strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner
- prepare beverages for servers to supply to guests
- act as cashier for the bar
- maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar including requisitioning and stocking all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, and produce
- maintain stock, cutting, and storing of fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables
- greet guests courteously and promote orders for drinks
- mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control
- handle all cash and credit card transactions using the point of sale system
