Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least six months of bartending experience
- food handler certification
- TIPS certification or equivalent
- ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly and timely manner
- prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests
- act as cashier for the bar
- maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar including requisitioning and stocking supplies
- maintain stock, cut, and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes and perishables
- greet guests courteously and promote orders for drinks
- mix, garnish and present drinks using standard recipes and practice portion control
- handle cash and credit card transactions using point of sale
