Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience preferred
- Ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stoop and bend
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to obtain necessary licenses and certifications
- Customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain an appealing and guest-ready bar area
- Serve guests with outstanding attention to detail
- Keep bar and storage areas clean and stocked
- Host guests and sell products and services
- Deliver freshly poured drinks and hot food to guests
- Assist with check-in process and waivers
- Entertain guests while piloting party bikes
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of the bikes
- Plan and prepare food to ensure quality
- Patrol premises to maintain security
- Monitor surveillance equipment and access points
- Investigate security breaches and incidents
