Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- legal age to serve alcohol
- ability to stand for long periods
- good physical stamina
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- previous experience in a bartending position preferred

- strong customer service skills

- knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation

Job Duties
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in all areas of the bar, bar storage, and bar prep areas
- maintain the Badger Burger’s recipe and quality standards for all bar offerings
- remain professional at all times
- care and cleaning of all specialty bar equipment
- engage guests by answering questions about the menu and specials
- place orders accurately
- promote sales through extensive knowledge of food and drink menus and company culture
- uphold a welcoming atmosphere for guests
