Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 21 years old
  • certification to serve alcohol as dictated by the state and local policy
  • prior bartending experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Greets and welcomes guests
  • takes and prepares drink orders for customers
  • helps patrons select food by presenting menu, suggesting courses, explaining specials and answering preparation questions
  • keeps a clean work station
  • interfaces with customers
  • serves drinks
  • rings up sales
  • totals charges, issues bills, accepts payments, returns change or credit card slips
  • contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
