Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • able to obtain a valid food service and alcohol permit
  • able to work flexible schedules including late hours, weekends, and holidays
  • physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • must consistently maintain proper grooming and uniform standards
  • willing to follow all company policies and state liquor laws
  • capable of working effectively under pressure and multitasking
  • positive and outgoing personality
  • able to engage professionally with guests and team members

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending experience preferred
  • valid food service and alcohol permit or ability to obtain one
  • knowledge of local craft beers, spirits, and cocktail recipes
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • attention to detail and accuracy
  • teamwork and collaboration skills
  • capability to handle cash and credit card transactions
  • basic math skills

Job Duties

  • Obtain a valid food service and alcohol permit
  • consistently arrive to work as scheduled and well-prepared
  • maintain proper grooming and wear uniform at all times
  • prepare bar section and ensure readiness for service
  • demonstrate full knowledge of food and beverage menus including specials and seasonal offerings
  • follow all steps of service as outlined in training manuals
  • accurately enter all orders into POS with minimal errors
  • proactively support team members to enhance guest satisfaction
  • adhere strictly to company cash handling and transaction policies
  • perform basic mathematical calculations
  • engage guests and coworkers professionally and positively
  • ensure guest needs are met from arrival through departure
  • follow company policies on promotions, discounts, and employee meals
  • comply with all state liquor laws and company alcohol service policies
  • attend all required food, bar, and service trainings
  • maintain cleanliness and minimize breakage
  • prepare alcoholic drinks according to standardized recipes using jiggers
  • manage liquor inventory to minimize loss and control costs
  • stock coolers appropriately and rotate products
  • keep alcohol storage areas locked and secure
  • possess thorough knowledge of bar set-up and closing procedures
  • support management in side work and cleaning duties as assigned
