Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in restaurant or similar environment preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry items as per industry standards
- willingness to follow health and safety regulations
- customer service orientation
- ability to work in a team environment
- attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- Preferred high school diploma or equivalent
- preferred restaurant experience
- ability to take directions and effectively perform the work
- sufficient math ability to accurately count and handle money
- basic working knowledge of cash register and cash handling procedures
- ability to speak and understand English well enough to converse with customers, supervisors, and employees
- pleasant personality and neat appearance
- ability to stand and walk for the duration of shift
- ability to carry and lift according to industry standards
- positive, customer service oriented attitude at all times
- strong knowledge of sanitary practices
- maintains proper grooming and dress code standards
- ability to work collaboratively with other staff

Job Duties
- Maintain accurate accounting of all cash and inventory on assigned bar
- perform location worker assignments
- maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area for employees
- plan for daily sales flow based on projections
- plan for peak hour sales and make change requirements known to the bar manager
- organize all paperwork for cashier responsibilities including physical inventory stand sheet and cash slips
- verify proper item prices to the beverage menu
- maintain accurate cash handling procedures at all times
- follow all rules and regulations of food and beverage
- perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
