must be 21 years old or over
experience working in a high-volume restaurant or bar is ideal
ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers
capability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
ability to manage cash transactions accurately
willing to work flexible hours
ability to perform physically demanding tasks

Job Duties

work as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
uphold the integrity of the beverage program with a high level of knowledge on brand standards, technique, and expectations in craft beverage service
follow steps of service to meet brand standards
use Aloha POS for entering orders and processing payments
clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas every 30 minutes
wash all barware dishes
rotate shifts as bar backs
be responsible for proper cash management
