Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to obtain valid food service and alcohol permit
- previous bartending or relevant hospitality experience preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- strong customer service orientation
- excellent time management and multitasking skills
- adherence to company and legal safety guidelines
- must be well-groomed and wear proper uniform
- must follow company policies and procedures
- must be able to perform basic mathematics
- must have a positive attitude and professional communication skills

Job Duties
- obtain valid food service and alcohol permit
- arrive to work as scheduled and prepared
- maintain proper grooming and uniform
- prepare section ready for scheduled shifts
- know all food and beverage menus including specials and seasonal drinks
- follow all guest service steps as per training manual
- enter orders accurately and timely into POS
- assist other employees to ensure guest satisfaction
- follow company policies on cash, credit, and gift card transactions
- adhere to company regulations on discounts and employee meals
- perform basic mathematics for transactions
- engage guests and coworkers positively and professionally
- ensure excellent guest care from entry to exit
- stay informed about company products, promotions, and events
- comply with management instructions including side work and cleaning
- adhere to state liquor laws and company alcohol service policies
- attend scheduled food, bar, and service trainings
- comply with company employee handbook and training manual policies
- minimize china and glass breakage
- prepare alcoholic drinks according to company recipes
- use jiggers and follow drink procedures for consistency
- manage liquor loss and support cost control
- stock and rotate coolers properly
- secure alcohol storage areas at all times
- maintain thorough knowledge of bar setup and closing
