Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • must obtain and maintain valid food service and alcohol permits
  • prior bartending or relevant restaurant experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent physical stamina
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • commitment to following company policies and state regulations

Job Qualifications

  • valid food service and alcohol permit
  • knowledge of food and beverage products including seasonal items
  • experience using POS systems
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • ability to work in fast-paced environment

  • previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred

Job Duties

  • obtain a valid food service and alcohol permit
  • arrive to work as scheduled and prepared
  • maintain proper grooming and uniform
  • prepare bar section before shift starts
  • demonstrate knowledge of food and beverage menus and specials
  • follow the company’s service steps for each guest
  • accurately enter orders in POS system
  • assist team members proactively
  • follow company accounting policies
  • perform basic math calculations
  • engage guests and coworkers professionally
  • ensure guest satisfaction from entry to exit
  • comply with all state liquor laws and company policies
  • attend ongoing training sessions
  • minimized china and glass breakage
  • prepare drinks according to company recipes and standards
  • use jigger for consistency
  • maintain cost control and minimize liquor loss
  • stock and rotate coolers appropriately
  • secure alcohol storage areas
  • manage bar set-up and closing effectively
  • work varied shifts including nights and holidays
  • maintain friendliness and professionalism under pressure
  • multitask efficiently
  • adhere to safety guidelines
