Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending or bar experience preferred
- Ability to use POS systems
- Knowledge of craft beverage service
- Ability to follow brand standards and service protocols
- Ability to handle cash responsibly
- Physical ability to stand for long periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Working as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
- Uphold the integrity of the beverage program with high knowledge of brand standards, technique, and craft beverage service expectations
- Follow steps of service to meet brand standards
- Use Aloha POS for entering orders and processing payments
- Clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas every 30 minutes
- Wash all barware dishes
- Rotate shifts as Bar Backs
- Responsible for proper cash management
