Job Requirements
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- interact with guests, take orders and serve food and drinks
- check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
- restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- comply with all food and beverage regulations
- report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to restaurant manager
- be upbeat, outgoing and positive with guests and the staff
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
- ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
Job Qualifications
- Bartending experience in a full service restaurant preferred, but not required
- excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of basic math skills
- ability to work effectively within a team
