Job Requirements

- TIPS or TEAM trained or equivalent
- Age 21 or older
- Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Ability to understand and implement instructions
- Strong team orientation
- Ability to count money and make change accurately
- Ability to use calculator and counting devices
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work under high stress and fast pace
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations
- Proficiency in relevant language communication
- Technology aptitude with POS systems
- Strong sales skills
- Scheduling flexibility
- Able to work safely under wet floors, temperature extremes, and excessive noise
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must maneuver in tight environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- TIPS or TEAM trained or equivalent
- Age 21 or older
- Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and familiarity with standard drink recipes
- Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively implement written and verbal instructions
- Strong team orientation and ability to work with various departments
- Ability to count and accurately make change involving large sums of money
- Ability to use calculator, bill counters, and coin counters
- Ability to work well independently
- Ability to work in a high stress, fast paced environment
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the primary language(s) used by guests
- Technology aptitude for working with POS and digital register
- Strong persuasive sales skills and ability to connect easily with customers
- Scheduling flexibility to meet operational needs
Job Duties
- Ensure positive guest experiences while accurately mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Follow Sodexo Live! standards and state guidelines for responsible alcoholic beverage service
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Conduct inventory counts, stocking, cleaning, and organizing of the bar area
- Fulfill beverage orders for fellow servers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Set up and maintain an efficiently functioning workstation
- Contribute to achieving 100% customer satisfaction through commitment to teamwork and service
