Job Requirements
- Able to work effectively and safely in environments with wet floors, temperature extremes, and excessive noise
- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- must maneuver in tightly-quartered spaces
- availability for extended or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- TIPS or TEAM trained or equivalent
- age 21 or older
- must have Bassett Certification
- basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- familiarity with standard drink recipes
- ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions
- strong team orientation
- ability to count and accurately make change
Job Duties
- Team with barbacks to focus on customer service
- pay close attention to detail in all tasks
- set up and maintain an efficient workstation
- foster positive relations with wait staff, bartenders, barbacks, and management
- process customer sales transactions accurately and friendly
- maintain a clean and sanitary environment
