Job Requirements
- Must be of legal drinking age
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of drink preparation techniques, mixology, and cocktail recipes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
- Ability to push, pull, and/or safely lift up to 50lbs

Job Duties
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences
- Providing outstanding customer service by greeting, taking orders, and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies
- Handling cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Monitoring customer consumption to prevent overindulgence and ensure responsible drinking
- Collaborating with the Foodie/Barback to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
- Creating and executing creative drink specials and themed nights to attract customers
- Adhering to all health and safety guidelines and maintain a sanitary work environment
- Upselling and promoting additional menu items and beverages
- Handling customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
