Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of bartending experience
- Knowledge of mixing cocktails with a focus on tequila and agave-based products
- Ability to work nights, holidays, and extended hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties
- Have positive interactions with guests while making them feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed
- Prepare the bar for guest service and assist in other preparation tasks
- Prepare drinks to recipe specifications
- Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor
- Work a varying schedule including evenings, holidays, and extended hours as needed
