Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have or be able to obtain a City of Wauwatosa Bartender's License within 30 days
- 2+ years bartending experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle cash and operate register
- Must wear company uniform
- Comply with safety and cleanliness standards

- Ability to obtain City of Wauwatosa Bartender's License within 30 days of employment
Job Duties
- Provide the highest quality of service to guests while serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and menu items as needed
- Assist in creating new recipes for unique beverages that align with brand values
- Stay current on mixology trends and help implement new strategies
- Use observation and intuition to assist guests in selecting beverages
- Prepare in-house made syrups, tinctures, bitters, and other ingredients
- Engage with guests ensuring prompt service and meeting expectations
- Operate cash register and handle cash and electronic transactions
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Maintain inventory and proper storage and rotation of beverages and garnishes
- Maintain a flexible work schedule
- Keep work area clean and sanitized
- Create a pleasant and professional working environment
- Practice safety standards at all times
- Report to work on time and in full uniform
- Perform additional duties as required
