Job Requirements
- 3 years previous experience as a bartender is required
- union pour card required
- high school degree or equivalent is preferred
- must have dexterity and ability to learn entertainment/mixology pouring
- must be able to pass a math test
- must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older
- minimum of one-year customer service experience in a previous position where the primary job duty is direct customer service
- must possess excellent customer service and communication skills
- must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner
- must present a professional and pleasant appearance that guests will find appealing and approachable to engage in conversation
- must be able to work any day of the week and scheduled shift
- must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team
- must present a well-groomed appearance
- work requires knowledge of tray service and cocktail ingredients
- able to handle multiple types of information and/or perform multiple tasks

Job Duties
- Make syrups, infusions, tinctures, mixed drinks, and cocktails of all types to fulfill guest orders
- entertain guests while mixing drinks, talking about spirits, and offering history and trivia about the various alcohols to engage visitors
- offer various cocktail options to guests who are unsure of their drink choice
- craft original beverage menu items and design new cocktails utilizing ingredients and spices
- take and place orders and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately
- keep the bar area clean, wash glasses, and maintain sanitation standards and organization
- adhere to state laws regarding alcohol consumption by checking customer identification and cutting off guests who have drunk in excess
