Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- 2+ years bartending experience preferred
- Possess an upbeat, outgoing, positive attitude at all times
- Highly developed guest relations skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask and stay organized
- Ability to work effectively on a team within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time and lift up to 35lbs as needed
- Proficiency in restaurant software systems is preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure guests feel welcome by greeting them in a warm and genuine way
- Be consistent in providing attentive service that exceeds guest expectations
- Properly and promptly prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to guests
- Maintain complete knowledge of food and beverage menus and their ingredients
- Receive orders and process payments
- Be creative with your recommendations, using suggestive selling where appropriate
- Follow all relevant brand standards for service
- Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
