Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Two or more years experience in full service restaurant or hotel restaurant
Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours at a time
Ability to lift and carry 20-50 pounds
Availability to work 2-4 shifts weekly, including weekends
Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
Must comply with safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

Two or more years experience in full service restaurant or hotel restaurant
Knowledge of mixology and bar industry trends
Ability to provide professional and friendly guest service
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
Knowledge of safety and sanitation policies
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Have knowledge of current trends in the mixology/bar industry
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
Mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelines
Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in point-of-sale system relaying orders to kitchen and bar
Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Be responsible for cleanliness and organization of bar
Maintain inventory and daily requisitions
Provide a favorable image of the hotel
Maintain favorable working relationship with all employees and foster cooperative climate
