Job Duties
- greet members and guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- mix and serve drinks using proper techniques for cocktails, wine, and other beverages
- set up and break down the bar area for events and daily service
- provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding menu items, including dinner, dessert, and wine selections
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
- deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with members and building rapport
