Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of bartending experience
- TIPS Certified
- Ability to work Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Craft and serve high-quality cocktails with precision and consistency
- Create a welcoming, polished guest experience through both bartending and hosting duties
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, spirits, and lounge offerings
- Assist with monthly inventory counts and support general ordering as needed
- Maintain a clean bar and host area, ensuring all standards for cleanliness and presentation are met
- Manage guest flow, seating, and pacing to uphold Nightwatch’s refined atmosphere
