Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- must be able to read, write legibly, understand and speak English
- basic mathematic proficiency
- general knowledge of cocktail ingredients and proper mixing
- available to work required schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by Prairie Band Casino & Resort Team Member Handbook
- record of satisfactory performance and reliability in all prior and current employment

- high school diploma or GED preferred
- six months experience in customer service or related field preferred
- record of satisfactory performance and reliability in all prior and current employment
Job Duties
- Prepares and pours drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe
- communicates with beverage servers and presents drinks to guests or servers as required
- slices and pits fruit as required
- operates and maintains all equipment and utensils as required by established guidelines and safety procedures
- maintains a clean and stocked workstation by established health and safety guidelines
- operates a cash register/POS system, ringing the proper amount into the register and giving the guest or server the correct change
- accounts for all cash, charge, and non-alcoholic complimentary sales according to established procedure
- maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities
- monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines
- projects professionalism and a consistently friendly demeanor
- appears in publicity photos
- promotes casino events and programs
- works well with others including beverage servers, bartenders, bar helpers, beverage supervisors, and casino supervisors
- provides personalized service and uses guest name
- responsible for fast and clean servicing of all menu items to the servers, and ensures each order sent out is uniform and consistent
- controls food production including proper cooking methods, cooking time, and temperature, and ensures sanitation, handling, and storage of prepared food and leftovers
- delivers food items to guests
- adequately prepares for known peak business levels and maintains a high level of guest service
- prepares all food items from standardized recipes in assigned outlets
- resolves service problems according to guidelines
- adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies ethically and encourages others to do the same
- performs duties of a coffee bar attendant, bartender, barback, cook, food server, beverage server, cashier/host, or server assistant as needed
- other duties as assigned
