Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in bartending or customer service
- ability to take written and verbal instructions in English
- clear spoken English communication
- ability to mix a wide variety of drinks
- ability to operate bar machines and equipment including cash register, dishwashers, speed batch ovens, and microwave
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- ability to open and close bar and manage supplies
- physical ability to move efficiently around the bar area
- ability to distinguish currency denominations and make change
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to obtain and maintain required certifications

Job Duties
- open and close the hotel bar according to company policies and procedures
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and food prep areas
- prepare and mix a wide variety of drinks for guests
- operate bar machines and equipment including cash register, dishwashers, speed batch ovens, and microwave
- provide excellent customer service and effectively communicate with guests and team members
- handle difficult situations diplomatically while maintaining professionalism
- obtain supplies necessary for cocktail preparation
- respond accurately to guest inquiries about the hotel and local area
- distinguish between currency denominations and make correct change
