Job Duties
- Greets guests and takes beverage orders from servers or guests
- Mixes drinks, cocktails and other beverages in compliance with company standards
- Checks identification to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase
- Collects payments and follows cash handling procedures
- Works with Bar Manager to maintain bar supplies and prepare inventory orders
- Serves snacks or food items to guests at the bar
- Demonstrates knowledge of food, beverage products, menus and promotions
- Maintains cleanliness of bar area including sweeping, dusting and wiping surfaces
- Provides guidance on Cleveland Metroparks activities and regional information
- Keeps supervisor informed of key issues or concerns
- Carries out duties safely and efficiently, responding to hazardous situations
- Performs related duties as assigned
