Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must have a current and valid Driver's License
- Must be at least 21 years of age as required by Kansas Alcohol Beverage Control
- One year of catering, restaurant, or banquet experience required
- Must have working knowledge of catering and bartending equipment
- Must possess basic mathematical skills
- Demonstrates good communication skills
- Possesses an empathetic approach to the elderly
- Able to work in a team setting
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job including frequent lifting, carrying, bending, standing, and walking
- Must follow safety and sanitation standards
- Must responsibly serve alcoholic beverages according to state and company procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Properly sets up and decorates catering events including table, chair, decor and equipment setup and removal
- Interprets event orders to meet client needs
- Utilizes linens, china, glassware, silverware and small wares for events
- Provides excellent service and hospitality at catering events ensuring guest satisfaction
- Communicates catering information to staff and guests
- Demonstrates working knowledge of catering and beverage menu items to answer questions
- Ensures assigned catering event areas are clean, safe, and orderly
- Responsibly serves alcoholic beverages according to state procedures
- Demonstrates awareness of hazardous conditions and reports issues
- Maintains high sanitation and guest comfort standards
