Job Duties
- Welcoming customers, reading and listening to beverage preferences, making recommendations and taking drink orders
- Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials
- Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages
- Checking identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Taking inventory and ordering supplies to maintain stock
- Adhering to food safety and quality regulations
- Handling cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
- Maintaining clean work and dining areas by removing trash and washing glassware
- Developing new cocktail recipes
- Exhibiting professional behavior consistent with company policies
- Performing other duties as assigned
