Job Duties
- complete a comprehensive training program that covers all aspects of working in a coffee bar
- train with a crew of specialty coffee professionals to serve high-quality coffee
- support coffee bar success by keeping customers happy and complying with company procedures
- embrace and work a flexible schedule
- maintain cleanliness and perform general upkeep tasks like dishwashing and restroom cleaning
- communicate effectively with team members and customers
- consistently deliver the Bodega Ultima experience in every cup of coffee served
