Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending or food and beverage experience preferred
- strong working knowledge of micros ordering system
- ability to lift and carry heavy trays up to 75 lbs
- ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments
- ability to communicate clearly in English
- ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and lifting
- must be able to operate glass washing machine
- must be able to work in noisy and outdoor environments
- excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- willingness to attend training and staff meetings
Job Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of micros ordering system and other check processing procedures
- ability to lift and quickly transport heavy trays up to 75 lbs on slippery surfaces
- must be able to carry cocktail tray with one hand while distributing cocktails with the other
- ability to listen effectively and communicate in English clearly
- self-motivated, organized, fast, and even-tempered
- strong attention to detail
- pleasant personality to deal with guests effectively
- ability to deliver quality product under pressure
- ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and lifting
- must be able to operate glass washing machine
- able to work in high noise environments and outdoors in extreme temperatures

Job Duties
- Be thoroughly familiar with all standards of proper service etiquette and adhere to these standards
- suggest and promote food from ZuZu
- be aware of all state liquor laws as well as company and departmental policies regarding consumption of alcoholic beverages
- know all spirited beverages and wines by the glass available and be familiar with the wine list and discuss regions, styles, and varietals
- perform requisitions, receive, rotate and stock beverage items
- be familiar with emergency safety measures
- review bartender production stations to ensure they are stocked
- inform manager of any problems with dispensing systems, guests, repairs
- produce drinks as ordered through the micros system
- maintain bar area cleanliness throughout service
- perform post service duties
- complete daily and weekly cleaning duties
- work special group functions as required
- attend all scheduled staff meetings and training sessions including wine tastings
- perform opening and closing duties
- maintain positive work atmosphere through communication
- perform additional duties as requested by manager
