Job Requirements

  • Availability for at least three shifts including weekends
  • Relevant bartending experience in high-volume settings
  • Strong guest service orientation
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Capacity to stay organized and calm
  • Must work night shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years bartending experience in a busy bar environment
  • Familiarity with Toast POS system preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain organized and calm under high pressure
  • Demonstrated commitment to guest-focused service
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to work night shifts and weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Operate the Toast POS system to handle transactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a guest-first attitude
  • Manage high volume orders while maintaining quality and accuracy
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
  • Enforce responsible alcohol service and comply with regulatory requirements
