Job Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months experience
- Must be of legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages
- Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays
Job Qualifications
- Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Lift up to 30 lbs (kegs, boxes, bottles)
- Use hands to handle tools, glassware, and garnishes
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive wrist/arm motions
- Clear vision for reading orders and handling cash
- Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Certified in (or able to be certified in) responsible alcohol service (as required by state or local law)
- Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location (verbal and written)
Job Duties
- Craft and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages with precision and creativity
- Engage with guests, providing friendly and knowledgeable service, and suggesting drink pairings
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring proper handling of glassware and equipment
- Check identification and enforce age restrictions to ensure responsible alcohol service
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for our guests
