Job Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a high-end restaurant, bar, or hotel required
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic cocktail technique
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest engagement
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Sunday and Monday availability required

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail
- Provide warm, knowledgeable, and personalized service to every guest
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service
- Assist in developing and executing seasonal cocktail offerings
- Ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with state and hotel guidelines
- Support the dining room team as needed to maintain smooth service flow
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently
