Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending experience
- knowledge of mixology and drink preparation
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- age 21 or older
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- mix signature and traditional bar favorites
- know all Smoky Mountain Brewery brand beers and recommend accordingly
- mingle with and serve guests in an engaging manner
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- follow all health and safety regulations
- assist with opening and closing duties of the bar
