- ability to stand for long periods

- flexible availability including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- mixing signature and traditional bar favorites
- knowledge of all Smoky Mountain Brewery brand beers
- mingling with and serving customers in a friendly manner
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- assisting in opening and closing bar operations
- handling cash and processing payments
