Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in food and beverage service
- Post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
- Strong knowledge of beverage operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with attention to detail
- Creativity in cocktail preparation
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Inventory and stock bar supplies
- Provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Adhere to health and safety standards
- Stay current with mixology trends and seasonal ingredients
