Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of similar work experience
- Passion for food and beverage service
- Ability to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Hardworking and detail oriented
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in beverage operations or similar roles
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Detail oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages creatively and efficiently
- Engage guests with friendly and accommodating service to enhance their dining experience
- Use fresh, seasonal ingredients to develop innovative cocktail recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth beverage operations
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
