Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of bartending experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Able to reliably commute or planning to relocate to Saugus, MA
  • Strong communication skills
  • Physically able to perform bartending duties
  • Knowledge of health department rules and customer service policies

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer services
  • Greet customers and present menus
  • Make suggestions based on their preferences
  • Take and serve food/drinks orders
  • Keep bar clean and tidy at all times
  • Deliver checks and collect payments
  • Communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
  • Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
