Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED preferred
- 1 to 3 years’ experience bartending in food and beverage environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be at least the minimum age required to serve alcohol as determined by applicable state law
- Able to free-pour to recipe and specification
- extensive knowledge of beer, wine and liquor
- Good reading, writing, mathematical and communication skills
- Able to interact professionally with other customers and team members
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good judgment and decision making abilities

Job Duties

- Place accurate orders using the POS
- Deliver food/beverages to customers with a sense of urgency, delivering hot food hot, cold food cold

- Manage the bar during each shift as though it were your own business
- Maintain a clean and organized bar top, storage areas, and service bar station
- Adhere to responsible beverage service requirements
- Verify all customers that purchase alcohol are at least 21 years of age
- Answer the telephone in a friendly, upbeat manner and with a smile
- Take and manage all to go orders
- Adhere to cash handling policies
- Perform secondary responsibilities
- Assist servers by running drinks to their tables
- Help the host by encouraging customers to come sit in the bar
- Assist other bartenders by stocking glassware, ice, garnishes, etc.
- Complete assigned opening, ongoing, and closing sidework
- Maintain a safe, sanitary and secure environment at all times
- Notify a manager of all customer complaints
- Remain calm at all times
- Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by a manager
