- At least one year experience working in a high-end bar with a complex beer wine and cocktail menu
- True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Must have TIPS certification or equivalent
- Supportive team player
- Maintains positive attitude and takes initiative to get the job done
