Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartender experience preferred
- knowledge of bartending principles and drink recipes
- must be able to obtain all required alcohol service certifications
- strong hospitality and customer service skills
- ability to multitask and maintain accuracy
- capable of physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lb
- flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- legal age to serve alcohol
- excellent communication skills
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender preferred
- knowledge of bartending principles, recipes, and current trends
- able to obtain all Aramark and state/local required alcohol service certifications
- displays phenomenal hospitality and friendliness
- possesses comprehensive beverage knowledge
- demonstrates organizational and multi-tasking skills
- accuracy and attention to detail
- able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lb
- enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greets guests and takes orders
- processes cash and credit card transactions
- mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- provides drinks to servers from the service well
- adheres to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking patrons' identification
- follows cash handling policies
- sets up and breaks down workstations including cleaning and sanitizing
- takes inventory counts and ensures products are stocked
- provides excellent guest service by anticipating needs and ensuring satisfaction
- maintains a positive demeanor toward guests, clients, and co-workers
- ensures security of company assets
