Job Requirements

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees
  • Detect and identify safety issues and comply with safety guidelines and standards
  • Lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs, stock inventory, and perform restocking duties
  • Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Bend, stoop, and reach to access various areas and items
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to work in a variety of temperatures, both hot and cold
  • Lift, push, or pull objects such as tables and chairs to reconfigure seating arrangements

  • Maintain a neat and organized workspace, including proper storage of supplies and cleaning of surfaces

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of mixology techniques and current beverage trends
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and standards
  • Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service and enhance their dining experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including restocking supplies and cleaning surfaces
  • Observe all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and waitstaff to coordinate timely service and meet customer needs
  • Handle cash and process transactions accurately, including tips management
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
