Job Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
ability to effectively communicate with guests and coworkers
physically able to lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs
able to stand and walk for long periods
ability to bend, stoop, and reach as required
work effectively in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
capable of tolerating exposure to various temperatures and allergens
able to maintain professional appearance and hygiene
follow directives from leadership and collaborate with team members
willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals with disabilities

Job Qualifications

Prior bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
strong communication and interpersonal skills
knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation techniques
ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
ability to work standing for extended periods
understanding of safety guidelines and compliance

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
engage and communicate effectively with guests to enhance their experience
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
restock bar inventory and supplies
comply with safety and hygiene standards
assist with seating arrangements by moving tables and chairs as needed
respond quickly and efficiently to customer needs
